Der Shark Race R Pro GP Vortex TC-2 stellt die Spitze der Grand-Prix-Homologations-Technologie dar, mit einem aus Monocoque-Karbonfaser gefertigten Gehäuse, das für maximale Rigidity und minimale Gewicht optimiert ist. Die innere Struktur verwendet eine vielfach dichte EPS-Linie mit einem integrierten Energieabsorptions-System, das sich an die spezifischen Impaktvektoren anpasst, die für Hochgeschwindigkeits-Rennstrecken gegeben sind, um eine überlegene Schutzwirkung ohne Beeinträchtigung der Kopffreiheit zu gewährleisten. Sein aerodynamisches Profil wurde mit Hilfe von Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)-Simulationen sorgfältig gestaltet, um die Luftwiderstandsbeiwerte zu reduzieren und die Luftströmung durch den Kinnbart und die Visierschlitze zu optimieren.
