Die Ruroc Atlas 4.0 verwendet eine proprietäre Kohlenstofffaserverstärkte Kunststoffbauweise, die die Masse erheblich reduziert, während sie im Vergleich zu traditionellen Glasfaserverbunden ein überlegenes Drehmomentverhalten aufrechterhält. Der innere EPS-Liner verfügt über eine mehrschichtige Zonenaufbauweise, die in Bereichen mit hoher Energieabsorption eine erhöhte Energieaufnahme ohne Kompromisse bei der Komfort während der Verwendung über längere Zeit ermöglicht. Durch die numerische Simulation der Strömungsdynamik (CFD) wurde ein aerodynamischer Profilbau erreicht, der bei der Fahrt auf der Autobahn einen strömungsgünstigen Nasenstück und Visierschutz aufweist, der die turbulente Luftströmung minimiert.
