Die Ruroc Atlas 4.0 verwendet eine proprietäre Kohlenstofffaserverstärkte Kunststoff-Weavearchitektur, die die Rotationsenergieübertragung während des Aufpralls erheblich reduziert, während die strukturelle Steifigkeit erhalten bleibt. Der innere EPS-Linern ist in drei unterschiedliche Zonen unterteilt, um die Energieabsorption über verschiedene Aufprallvektoren zu optimieren, wodurch die maximale Schutzwirkung ohne Kompromisse bei der Bequemlichkeit erreicht wird. Die aerodynamische Formgebung wurde durch computergestützte Fluidynamik-Simulation (CFD) optimiert, um den Luftwiderstand zu minimieren und die Windwirbel bei hohen Geschwindigkeiten zu reduzieren.
