Die Alpinestars Supertech R10 stellt eine bedeutende Evolution in der Karbonfasern-Helm-Technologie dar, wobei ein Mehrdichtepolystyrol- (EPS-) Linien-System verwendet wird, um die Energieabsorption über verschiedene Aufprallwinkel zu optimieren. Die Gehäusekonstruktion verwendet einen proprietären Resin-Infusionsprozess, der Lücken eliminiert und zu einer Struktur führt, die nicht nur leichter als traditionelle Glasfasern ist, sondern auch eine höhere Torsionssteifigkeit aufweist, die für eine hohe Geschwindigkeit unerlässlich ist. Die innere Komfortfähigkeit wird durch ein Feuchtigkeitswicking-, abnehmbares und waschbares Linien-System geregelt, das die thermische Regulierung aufrechterhält und die Reibungspunkte während ausgedehnter Fahrten reduziert.
