Der Scorpion Exo GT930 nutzt eine proprietäre Kohlefaser-Verbundkonstruktion, die das Gesamtgewicht deutlich reduziert, ohne die strukturelle Integrität zu beeinträchtigen. Die Schalengeometrie ist so konzipiert, dass sie Hochgeschwindigkeitsaufpralle ablenkt und gleichzeitig einen starren Kinnbügel sowie einen Schutz für die Wangenknochen bietet. Dabei entspricht sie streng den neuesten ECE 22.06-Standards, die höhere Energieabsorptionswerte vorschreiben als frühere Versionen. Der Innenkomfort wird durch eine EPS-Innenausstattung mit variablen Dichtezonen gewährleistet, die sich bei einem Aufprall an die Kopfform des Fahrers anpasst und die Kräfte gleichmäßig über den Schädel verteilt.
